Take in the good

 

IMG_3462On our Authenticity workshops, we use a strengths-based feedback model which invites participants to focus on what they did that worked during their practice sessions. We watch people’s self belief and confidence grow exponentially over two days.

The following talk by Dr Rick Hanson, a neuroscientist, proves our intuition and our experience; if we take time to take in “the good”, we will change our brains, and our lives for the better.
