Managing People is a programme of integrated workshops exploring a number of key ‘best practice’ management techniques helping managers know how to manage their team, identify what they actually want them to do and why, and how they can make that happen. After each one-day workshop you’ll leave with an action plan with self-identified actions to put into place over the next fortnight, and report back on at the next workshop. It is specifically designed for new or less experienced managers.
