Trish Stonestreet

Trish Stonestreet is based in Wellington, New Zealand and is Managing Director of Maygrove Consulting. She is embarassingly passionate about workshop design and develops all of our workshops. She is trained in Accelerated Learning and NLP, and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators. She is completing her certification as a Professional Facilitator. She is an active member of https://coralus.sheeo.world/ - a global community of women and non-binary people are working alongside each other, making real progress on the World's To-Do List.

Lisa Hunter

Lisa has qualifications in psychology, adult learning and teaching, human resources, and coaching.  She has 20+ years’ experience in human resources, learning and development, facilitation, continuous improvement, leadership development, and coaching individuals and groups.  She is accredited in the Emotional Culture Deck, Social Style Model and Belbin.

Carolin Phillips

Carolin Phillips returned from nine years living and working at the Esalen Institute in California where she lead a key Guest Services team. It was here that she had the opportunity to have her leadership and team building skills sharpened.  Prior to this she worked in the learning and development industry in New Zealand.  She has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, has studied NLP and Gestalt Process.

Melissa Hare

Melissa has ten years’ experience working as a facilitator, consultant and coach, mainly in the public sector though she also does pro bono work with NGO’s. Mel specialises in both individual and team coaching, and collaborates with Maygrove on our leadership skills workshops and programmes. She has many certifications in a bunch of psychometric tools as well as a Level 2 certified coach through IECL and she has a Masters of Business Administration from Victoria University.

Tatyana Protsenko

Tatyana Protsenko is our learning and development co-ordinator. She brings 10 years experience in tertiary education internationally and locally. Before joining Maygrove, Tatyana worked as the Workforce Development Project Manager, for the Primary Industry Training Organisation. She has a BA Linguistic and Art History from Victoria University of Wellington, a Post Graduate Certificate in TESOL from Victoria University of Wellington.
